Earthies Women's Corsica Comfortable Leather Sandals with Arch Support - Perfect for Summer, Beach, and Casual Outings

I have narrow feet and a high arch in one foot. I bought these because of the arch support and it is fine on the foot that has a 22 degree arch (average arches are 18-22 degrees) but they are not remotely a replacement for orthotics in a 28 degree arch.The only thing that may effect the average person is that they are very loose. These are perfect for anyone that may need extra circumference in the arch or around the ankle. (Okay, politically incorrect terms are fat feet and cankles) I can strut around all day in 4" heels with no problem but I have stumbled a couple of times because these are so loose on me. The incline is about 2.75" when adjusting for the platform but people still look at you like, "DUH, don't wear such high shoes!" when there is nothing to trip over and you still almost break an ankle.I gave fours stars because they are well made, people with wide feet would love them and they are true to length. For skinny feet, they'd be a three. If I can't get the straps to shrink by exposing them to heat, I'm sure I will be able to find a friend that would love them.***UPDATE***The leather design on the top is a loose snakeskin-type thing. The detail is starting to separate from the leather, so I do not recommend buying them to wear often. Since I intended on using these as my main go-to shoes for the summer, I'm really disappointed. I've probably worn them 5 or 6 times (all day) and this is already happening. I dropped the rating to a three because I can still wear them; they're just going to look ugly when the pattern rubs off. I guess I can use a permanent marker to fill in the detail for a while. >_
