I am typically a size 9 and regular width but prefer the fit of a wide width. I purchased size 9 in these and I am mostly pleased with the purchase with a few reservations.1. The shoe has a soft comfy sole BUT fits narrow and rubbing a bit in the sides.2. The velcro straps across the toe and ankles helps to make the narrow fit feel more comfortable but i am not yet able to wear comfortably for an entire day.3. The length is a little longer fit than i would like but my heal does not hang over.I think this would best fit someone with a narrow longer foot than mine but still size 9. It is very expensive so i do hope that the rubbing on the sides will go away as i do not wish to return it
