It is an automatic movement (for those that aren't familiar this means that the watch must be wound or worn for it to work... there is no battery). It holds about 2-3 days worth of energy after fully winding or using an automatic winder. The accuracy was pretty good... I didn't notice any loss of minutes in 2 days. As for the design, the front offers a dragon design on top of the watch gears. It is a busy design but the clock is still visible. The band is metal and comfortable to wear. Overall the watch is a standard size with a case that is not too large or too small. The watch came in a nice case with an included bracelet and link remover tool. The bracelet was honestly feminine looking so it makes a nice gift for the wife or girlfriend while you wear the watch. Overall this is a unique design that is well made and nicely packaged for a reasonable price.This watch is so unique!Here's my list to simplify everything down!Positives:- Unique Desgin:I absolutely love the black and gold contrast with the golden dragon desgin.- Wind Up Watch:The watch has no battery and needs to be winded up every once in a while or just be worn so it autowinds. Unfortunately, when I received it, he wasn’t sure he liked it, but my son (who is in his early 20s) LOVED it. Needless to say, he wanted it. He thought it was really cool looking and likes how the gold accents the black. The face of the watch contains tiny crystals that denote the hour and at the center, a dragon. All of these features make the watch eye-catching yet understated. You can see the gears behind the dragon and on the bottom of the watch. This automatic watch is also waterproof and illuminates, so you can see it at night or in the dark. The packaging is nice which is great for gift giving. It comes with one of those devices that will remove links so no need to go to the jeweler. This watch also came with a bonus black beaded bracelet with a large, gold dragon pendant. Neither my husband or son said they would wear the bracelet and offered it to me instead. In conclusion, this is a very pretty watch that would make a nice gift for yourself, or someone you love.I couldn't ask for a better watch at such a low price!!! I love it!!!
